Seven hotel nights or similar, seven breakfasts, six lunches, six dinners, the itinerary sightseeing and transport. Shuanghe buggies/lift/cave electric car; Wujiangzhai buggy; Huangguoshu shuttle and return escalator; Xiaoqikong buggy; four Xijiang buggy segments. Complimentary return lift and glass walkway at Huajiang Bridge and Miao costume experience excluding makeup. Reference airline: 9 Air, Kuala Lumpur–Guiyang return, one 20kg checked bag, 7kg cabin allowance and two in-flight refreshments. Flights follow the departure notice.

Not included

Personal spending, meals and activities outside the itinerary, costume makeup and optional silver purchases. Visa and insurance are arranged separately as applicable. Any applicable airline taxes, surcharges and gratuities are itemised in the formal order and departure documents; included items are not charged twice.

Booking and cancellation terms

This tour: RM1,500 deposit per adult; balance due 40 days before departure. Bookings made within 40 days require full payment. Full payment may be chosen earlier. Adult twin-sharing and single-room fares are allocated per passenger across the currently available tiers, with the breakdown and total shown before payment. Each departure has a company allocation of 20 seats, reduced by sales and active holds in this system. Supplier network stock is not synchronised live. Children aged 2–12 on departure, infants and triple rooms are quoted by staff before payment. Hotels listed or similar; flights follow the final departure notice. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to Beyond Travel and calculated by staff using the supplier receipt date. The cancellation rules for this tour are: 45 days or more before departure, RM30 per person or 2% of the tour fare, whichever is higher; 22–44 working days, forfeiture of the full deposit; 15–21 working days, 35% of the tour fare; 8–14 working days, 50%; 3–7 working days, 75%; 2 working days or less, 100%. Non-refundable airport taxes, miscellaneous charges and airline restrictions may also apply. Refunds are reviewed by staff. The deposit and balance deadline for this tour follow the specific Beyond Travel rule above. Passport validity must extend at least six months beyond return. Entry eligibility, visa and insurance arrangements depend on the traveller. Silver purchases at Silver Village are optional. Complimentary bridge activities closed for weather or technical reasons are not refundable.
